Sarri says that Kepa is struggling with a hamstring injury and is now a doubt for the final, as well as their Europa League clash with Malmo on Thursday.
Kepa has played six of Chelsea’s seven Europa League fixtures this season, with Willy Caballero potentially replacing him for the second leg with Malmo this week.
The former Manchester City goalkeeper, who won a League Cup in goal for City, could now face his former side in the final on Sunday if Kepa is ruled out with a hamstring injury.
The Spanish international, Kepa, joined Chelsea from Athletic Bilbao last summer for £75m.
