Milan are not willing to listen to any offers from Chelsea for defender Andrea Romagnoli. 

According to Milan News, via Sport Witness, Milan are not prepared to accept any offers for the Italian central defender. 

The report claims that Chelsea have been linked with the defender and are ready to spend €60m on him in the summer transfer window. 

However, Milan News claim that the Italian outfit will not be listening to offers, which will come as a blow to Chelsea.

Although, Chelsea are yet to find out whether or not they will be able to sign players in the next transfer window, after they were handed a two transfer window ban by FIFA for breaking rules relating to the transfer of youth players.

Chelsea have appealed the decision and will be hoping that they can do business in the summer to strengthen their squad.

Romagnoli, Milan’s captain, has been in terrific form this season as the club sit fourth in the table.
