Olivier Giroud opened the scoring for the away side inside five minutes, doubling his personal tally before half-time.
Marcos Alonso scored in first-half stoppage time, while Giroud rounded off his hat-trick on the hour mark, comfortably putting the tie behind the London club.
Callum Hudson-Odoi scored late on to bring the scoreline to 5-0, an aggregate score of 8-0.
Chelsea will now progress to the quarter-finals of the competition.
