Former Chelsea midfielder Glenn Hoddle scored his only goal for the Blues on this day in 1994 in a 2-0 victory over West Ham in the league.
The midfielder played 39 times in all competitions during his two seasons as player-manager at Chelsea, before going on to manage the club permanently.
