Sarri dismisses talk of Hazard leaving for £100m

Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has dismissed talk of Eden Hazard leaving the club for a fee of £100m.

When asked about reports linking Hazard with a £100m move to Real Madrid, Sarri said that it would be too cheap.

Hazard stole the show again on Monday night, as he scored two impressive goals in a 2-0 win over West Ham.

He scored a goal of the season contender to open the scoring, as he glided past several West Ham defenders at rapid speeds on the edge of the box before slotting the ball into the bottom corner.

When asked about the £100m price tag by ESPN, Sarri said this:

Too cheap. In this market, it’s too cheap.

I have no idea [what he should cost], but we have seen in the last windows every price I think. It’s really very hard to change Hazard with another player.

Hazard has been in terrific form for Chelsea in the Premier League this season, with 16 goals and 12 assists so far – the most goal contributions by any player in the division.
