Jovic has been on loan to Frankfurt from Benfica since the start of the 2017/18 season and the German outfit have now exercised their option to make the deal permanent this week.
The talented young forward has been linked with a host of top clubs, including Chelsea, and a summer move for the striker has not been ruled out.
Frankfurt, of course, would like to keep Jovic after signing him permanently, but could be tempted to make a substantial profit on the Serbian international.
He has been in terrific form in the Bundesliga this season, with 17 goals and five assists – along with eight goals in 11 Europa League appearances for the club so far.
Chelsea could reignite their interest in the Bournemouth man.
The Polish forward has been sensational this season for Napoli.
The powerful forward is more in the mould of Diego Costa and Didier Drogba than Alvaro Morata, which can only be a bonus.
The Lazio star is a clinical goalscorer, which is exactly what Chelsea need.
