Chelsea transfer target Nicolas Pepe is attracting interest from Liverpool, according to a report from Le10 Sport.
The LOSC Lille forward is highly rated in France and is being tipped to make a big move this summer.
Chelsea are understood to have been keeping an eye on him for a long period of time but rivals Liverpool are now also said to be keen to sign him.
The Ivorian international has been outstanding for his team in Ligue 1 this season and leads the way as their top goalscorer with 19 strikes to his name, along with a further 13 assists.
The 23-year-old is also being monitored by European giants Barcelona, Juventus and Paris Saint Germain.
His pace and finishing ability is one of the best in the French top flight and he’ll be looking to finish off the season strongly to prove to the interested clubs that he is consistent and ready to make the step up.
However, with the Blues looking likely to be under a transfer ban, Pepe may end up joining one of their rivals.
