Frankfurt wish Hudson-Odoi well after achillies tendon injury revealed

Chelsea’s Europa League semi final opponents Eintracht Frankfurt have wished striker Callum Hudson-Odoi well after the extent of his injury was revealed.

The striker looks likely to have a serious injury on his achillies tendon and could be looking at a lengthy time out on the sidelines.

This of course means he will miss the clash with Eintracht in the Europa League, with Chelsea looking to reach the final by beating the German outfit.

However on twitter Eintracht wished the striker well, and said that they hope he can return to the pitch soon.

The forward has previously been linked with a move to the Bundesliga, with Bayern Munich having an interest in a move last January.

The striker has not been a consistent presence for the Blues in the league but will miss the remainder of the season after going off injured against Burnley on Monday.
