Chelsea will hope to raise at least €100 million from the potential sale of Eden Hazard.
The Belgian winger has been heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid, and with his Stamford Bridge contract set expire at the end of the next season, the Blues could cash in on their star-man this summer.
In a move that would see him follow former club and national teammate Thibaut Courtois to the Santiago Bernabeu, a report from Spanish outlet El Confidencial (translated by Sport Witness) claims that Chelsea are eager to receive a hefty fee for the 28-year-old.
Club chiefs may have an especially hard time holding on to Hazard if they miss out on Champions League football for a second consecutive year, despite having good chances to qualify for the competition in both the Premier League and the Europa League.

A possible replacement for Hazard may head to West London from La Liga, but from the other Iberian powerhouse.
Philippe Coutinho is on Chelsea’s summer wish-list, and much of the Hazard money could spent on bringing the play-maker to Cobham.
