Chelsea target Pepe to announce decision on his future this week

Chelsea, Liverpool and Bayern Munich target Nicolas Pepe is set to announce the club in which he is set to join this week.

According to reports in Spain from Diario Sport, as cited on FourFourTwo, the Lille winger is close to making a decision on his future.

Sunday is being suggested as a possible date, with the winger likely to hold a press conference to reveal his decision.

After a standout season in Ligue 1, Pepe has been linked with several clubs around Europe.

The Ivorian has been right up there with the best performers in the league and as a result, a host of clubs are taking notice.

Reports linking Pepe to Chelsea have intensified in recent weeks, with the Blues planning for life without Eden Hazard.

Pepe has often talked up a move to Chelsea in the past. When you take into account Didier Drogba’s legacy at the club, it’s clear to see why his fellow countryman would be attracted to a move to Stamford Bridge.
