Sarri hints he wants to stay at Chelsea

Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri has suggested that his future is with Chelsea as his first season in England comes to a close.

Sarri joined the club in the summer after leaving Italian side Napoli but has received mixed reviews since arriving at Stamford Bridge.

The Italian however currently sees his side sitting in fourth place, two points ahead of Arsenal who occupy fifth.

Sarri has also guided his team to the semi-final’s of the Europa League, with Chelsea drawing 1-1 against Eintracht Frankfurt as the London club take an away goal with them back to England.

According to the Calcio Mercato, Sarri has stressed his desire to remain as the Blues boss next season and indicates that he will.

Will I stay here for sure next season? As far as I am concerned, yes.

I like it very much the atmosphere in English football, with all the stadiums always full. The Premier League is a beautiful championship with a highly competitive level.

Chelsea face Watford at Stamford Bridge on Sunday as they look for another three points with a top-four finish in their sights. The Blues then host Eintracht Frankfurt in the second leg of their Europa League semi-final on Thursday.
