Hazard remains unsure on Chelsea future

Chelsea’s Belgian wizard Eden Hazard was the club’s saviour last night as he slotted home the winning penalty against Eintracht Frankfurt to book their place in the Europa League final.

In what could be Hazard’s last game at Stamford Bridge, the winger made sure he left an impact in the stadium he has been playing in for the past seven years.

Speaking to BT Sport after the game, as cited on AS English, about his future amid continued links to a move to Spain, Hazard remained coy.

Real Madrid are said to be closing in on a deal for the attacker as he sets his sights on a new challenge.

However, the deal might fall through because of the Blues current transfer ban which would stop the club being able to replace the player they have heavily relied on.

I don’t think that. I’m only thinking about trying to win something for this club. If it’s my last game I will try to do everything. In my mind I don’t know yet, so I will just try to win games for Chelsea.

Hazard has enjoyed a hugely successful spell at the Chelsea since joining the club back in 2012. The forward has helped the Blues win two Premier League titles, an FA Cup, League Cup and the Europa League.

This season alone Hazard has 19 goals and provided 16 assists in all competitions, making him their most valuable player.

With his future still unknown, the current Blue will play a huge part in the Europa League final against Arsenal.
