Juventus director Paratici has reportedly met with Sarri

Juventus director Fabio Paratici has reportedly already met with Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri to discuss a possible move to Turin this summer.

The Old Lady are on the lookout for a new first-team manager ahead of next season after they confirmed that they would be parting ways with Massimiliano Allegri at the end of the 2018/19 campaign.

Sarri has seen his future at Stamford Bridge come under scrutiny throughout his first year in English football, but Juventus do not appear to have been put off by some of the criticism aimed towards the Italian.

According to claims from Gazzetta dello Sport, as cited in a report from Calciomercato, the Serie A champions have already initiated contact with the former Napoli boss.

Paratici, who works as Juventus’ director, is stated to have flown over to London to hold talks with Sarri, who is the preferred candidate to Tottenham Hotspur man Mauricio Pochettino.

Chelsea face Arsenal in the Europa League final next week and will be keen to turn their full attention towards the fixture in Baku, with their manager’s future likely to be discussed in the summer.
