Championship side Bristol City are desperate to capture the signing of Chelsea centre back Tomas Kalas on a permanent deal according to Goal.
Kalas had a successful season at Ashton Gate last season as they just missed out on the playoffs.
The Czech Republic international has had previous loan spells with Fulham and Middlesbrough, helping the Cottagers to the Premier League in 2017/18.

The young right-back is expected to go out on loan again this coming season following a successful spell at Coventry City.
Sterling featured 38 times for the Sky Blues last season and his subject to interest from the Championship.
The youngster spent last season on loan at Wigan Atheltic where he featured 45 times, scoring three times and providing three assists.
The 19-year-old has been linked with moves away from the Bridge, although Chelsea may choose to keep hold of him as a back-up.
The central midfielder spent last season on loan at Serie A giants AC Milan where he played 31 times.
The Frenchman has been linked with a move to Sevilla and many fans will be hoping that the player leaves.
