Chelsea’s summer signing Hakim Ziyech has put together a string of impressive performances at the start of his career in west London, none more so than during the Blues’ 4-1 victory over Sheffield United on Saturday evening.
The £33.3m signing from Ajax was sublime on the right wing at Stamford Bridge and has earned plenty of praise from fans and Frank Lampard alike.
At 27, the Moroccan international has arrived in the prime of his career and his early outings in blue have shown just that. His two assists on Saturday for Ben Chilwell and Thiago Silva respectively took the winger to three in his first four Premier League appearances.
It wasn’t just his passing which was on display at the Bridge – one piece of skill in particular caught the eye as Ziyech left Ben Osborn in his wake with apparent ease.
