Chelsea’s Pedro Neto transfer stance remains unchanged following the £117million arrival of Morgan Rogers.
The Blues are not actively looking to sell the Portugal international, despite increased competition for attacking places under Xabi Alonso.
The Evening Standard reports that no club has entered serious negotiations with Chelsea over Neto this summer. The Blues would consider a substantial proposal, but there are no immediate plans to move him on.
Reports that Tottenham had enquired about the winger have also been disputed by sources at both clubs.

Rogers is expected to receive significant playing time on the left after completing his British-record move from Aston Villa. Jamie Gittens will also compete for that role following Alejandro Garnacho’s loan departure.
Neto made 46 appearances in all competitions last season and scored six goals. He struggled to establish himself as an automatic starter, but his ability to operate on either flank should remain useful to Alonso.
Estevao Willian offers another option from the right, while Cole Palmer and Rogers can both move into wide positions. The depth gives Alonso several possible combinations, although it also leaves senior players competing for limited minutes.
ReadChelsea recently examined three ways Chelsea could line up with Rogers. A left-sided role appears the clearest route to playing the England international alongside Palmer.
Neto will have an opportunity to establish his place once he joins Chelsea’s pre-season group. The club’s position could change if a significant offer arrives, but speculation alone is unlikely to force a departure.
