This season, De Bruyne has scored 10 goals and accumulated a massive 20 assists compared to just the one assist he managed during his short time at Chelsea. As a result of his impressive form, Chelsea fans have questioned why the Blues let him go. It was clear for many to see De Bruyne and Mourinho did not have a great relationship off the back off Mourinho’s high demands, something De Bruyne failed to adapt too.
