We asked who Chelsea fans, out of all of the players that made the team for the UEFA Youth League Final on 18th April, they’d most like to see make their senior team debut, and you have chosen English attacking midfielder Kasey Palmer.
Palmer was arguably Chelsea’s best player during their 2-1 win over Paris St. Germain in the UEFA Youth League Final, which took place in Switzerland.
With the match scoreless in the opening minutes of the match, Palmer took a strike from long-distance that would’ve made Frank Lampard salivate.
The shot was saved by PSG goalkeeper Remy Descamps, but Palmer later took a corner kick that set up Fikayo Tomori’s opening goal in the 10th minute.
After the Parisian club tied things up in the 58th minute, Palmer grabbed the match-winner just three minutes later when he jumped in behind the PSG back four and slid a shot past the on-rushing Descamps.

In a squad in which all 18 players are eligible for the English national team, Palmer received more than twice as many votes than the next highest players, as he received 29 percent of the vote.
Tammy Abraham and right-back Ola Aina are tied for second with 12 percent, and Charlie Colkett finished just behind them with 11 percent of the vote.
