Chelsea face competition for target Radja Nainggolan from fellow Premier League rivals Manchester United and Serie A side Inter Milan, according to a report by talkSPORT.
Nainggolan, 29, has recently expressed his desire to stay in the Italian capital with Roma. However, speculation over his future has increased over the past few weeks and a bidding war may well commence during the summer window in the race to catch the Belgian’s signature.
Newly appointed Inter Milan boss Luciano Spalletti worked with Nainggolan when he was in charge of Roma and may well table a bid for the player as he told Telelombarida: “I’ll think about it.”
Nainggolan has been one of Europe’s highest rated midfielders over the past few years with his consistent performances in the heart of the midfield for Roma.
Nainggolan, who is currently under contract until June 2020, is happy with life in Rome but Chelsea are reportedlt considering offering the Serie A side £42 million for the midfielder’s services.
