According to Sky Sports, Monaco midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko who is set to have a medical this week ahead of a move to Chelsea could join the Blues for their pre-season tour in China and Singapore next Monday.
A deal to sign Bakayoko has been delayed and it was expected that he may miss the early stages of pre-season, meaning he may not fly out with his new teammates ahead of their tour in Asia.
The midfielder has been linked with a move away from Monaco this summer after the French club had an impressive run in the 2016/17 Champions League campaign which shined the light on many of their talents such as Kylian Mbappe, Thomas Lemar as well as Bakayoko.
Chelsea and Manchester United have been the main clubs linked with the French international, who earned his first cap this year but Chelsea looks like the destination for Bakayoko which could lead to Nemanja Matic joining Manchester United and linking up with his former manager Jose Mourinho.

Bakayoko will join Willy Cabellero and Antonio Rudiger as new recruits for Chelsea this summer if the deal goes through.
