According to the Daily Mail, Manchester United will wait for Chelsea to make a decision on Nemanja Matic’s future before targeting other midfielders.
Matic has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer with Tiemoue Bakayoko being set to sign for The Blues from Monaco for £40m very soon, casting doubt over the Serbian’s future.
Manchester United have been linked with Matic this summer as well as Bakayoko and others such as Radja Nainggolan being linked with a move to Old Trafford.

Recent reports have come out saying that Nainggolan is not for sale and with United waiting on a decision regarding Matic before changing their interests, Matic seems to be Man United’s main midfield priority this summer which would see the 28-year-old link up with Jose Mourinho again.
However, Antonio Conte would rather sell Matic abroad so he can’t strengthen their rivals for the 2017/18 season and Juventus have been linked. Stefano Sturaro and Mario Lemina have been linked with a move away from the Serie A champions so Matic could replace one of them.
