Chelsea has listed Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski as their number one target this summer.
The Telegraph have reported that the newly crowned FA Cup winners will pull out all the stops to ensure they land the Polish striker.
Lewandowski has been one of the world’s best strikers ever since he burst onto the scene for Borussia Dortmund and has continued to keep his crown as the best striker in the Bundesliga.
Chelsea has had problems in their attacking area as summer signing Alvaro Morata hasn’t lived up to his expectations, leading to the signing of Olivier Giroud.
There are rumours circulating that Morata may be leaving the club this summer and that would open the door for a new goal scorer to join the club.
Lewandowski has scored 41 goals in 48 games this season and 106 overall for Bayern.
Chelsea will be hoping to get the deal done but may have to wait until after the World Cup as he will try and captain Poland to World Cup victory this summer.
