Chelsea could be hit with a two-year transfer ban and a fine from FIFA over the deal that saw them sign Bertrand Traore.
According to the latest batch of Football Leaks, as cited on AS, the Blues could land themselves in hot water for their pursuit of the Burkina Faso star.
It is being claimed that Chelsea could miss out on four transfer windows, which all-but makes it a two-year ban.
As many as 19 transfers are said to be under the microscope, with FIFA looking to regulate the rules on how clubs approach players under the age of 18.
Traore was not officially confirmed as a Chelsea player until 2014, but it has been well documented that the player featured in a trial match for the Blues way back in 2011.

It now transpires that the club allegedly had an agreement with the player’s mother and paid for Traore and his siblings to move and be educated in England.
The report does not specify whether or not the transfer ban would be just on acedemy players or senior players as well.
At the time of writing, Chelsea have not commented on the accusations.
