Chelsea have won the race to sign Christian Pulisic from Borussia Dortmund, according to a report from the Daily Mail.
The Blues have been perennially linked with a move to sign Pulisic from the Bundesliga giants and if emerging reports are to be believed, they have moved ever closer to securing a deal.
It is claimed that Dortmund previously valued their promising youngster at a transfer fee of £70 million but this could have changed, with Pulisic reluctant to pen a new contract with the club.

The USA international’s current deal with Lucien Favre’s side runs down in the summer of 2020, leaving Dortmund with a dilemma over his contractual situation.
The Daily Mail’s report indicates that Chelsea have moved in front of Premier League outfits Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur as they look to recruit Pulisic, whose ambition to one day play in England is well-documented.
Chelsea are understood to be keen on quickly wrapping up a deal for the 20-year-old ahead of the January transfer window amid allegations of wrongdoing in their recruitment of under-age players in recent years.
