Chelsea are poised to make a £50m offer for PSG centre-forward Edinson Cavani this month.
According to The Express, Chelsea are ready to make their first move for Cavani as they look to bolster their strike force.
With Alvaro Morata looking set to leave in the coming weeks, Chelsea want to replace him with a goalscorer to kick-start their season and secure their top four finish.
The report claims that Maurizio Sarri is a big fan of Cavani and wants him to lead the line at Stamford Bridge.

Cavani has scored goals throughout his career, with 324 goals in 519 senior games, and is currently enjoying life in Paris.
The 31-year-old has scored 10 goals in 10 Ligue 1 games, with 126 in 175 games in the division for PSG.
Morata, meanwhile, has scored five goals in the Premier League this season and managed nine in 24 in all competitions.
