Chelsea are desperate to retain Callum Hudson-Odoi, and are set to offer the youngster a very lucrative new contract, according to The Daily Mail.
The Blues are prepared to offer the 18-year-old £50,000 per week, potentially rising to £70,000 if he meets certain targets.
Maurizio Sarri is battling to keep the starlet at the club amidst strong interest from Bayern Munich, who met Chelsea’s asking price with a £35m bid for the teenager.
Hudson-Odoi is said to be open to move to Germany, as he seeks more first-team opportunities and regular playing time.

England team-mate Jadon Sancho proved this was possible after moving to Borussia Dortmund from Manchester City and has now become one of the world’s hottest prospects.
Hudson-Odoi has played just 51 minutes of Premier League football this season, so Chelsea offering him a new contract that could more than triple his current wages seems quite remarkable.
It is understood that if the winger agrees on this new deal, he would become one of the highest paid teenagers in the world.
