Arsenal and Manchester City have both made approaches to sign Chelsea target Luka Jovic this summer.
According to Marca, as cited on Sport Witness, both clubs have enquired about the striker’s availability on the back of an incredible breakthrough season in Germany.
Chelsea have also been heavily linked with the Serbian striker, with it unclear whether or not Gonzalo Higuain will still be at the club next season.
Despite the transfer ban looming over the club’s head, an appeal against the decision is likely to give them the next summer window to do their business.
Jovic’s 21 goals and seven assists this season have attracted some of the biggest teams in Europe.
Real Madrid and Barcelona are also believed to be admirers of Jovic, who is currently on loan at Frankfurt from Benfica.
Jovic’s performances are clearly not going unnoticed, with a big Europan move looking likely at the end of the season.
