Rumoured Chelsea target Milan Skriniar has decided to stay at Inter Milan beyond this season, according to Tuttomercatoweb.
The centre-back, who is rated among the best defenders in Europe currently, was linked with a move away from the Nerazzurri this summer.
Chelsea were one of those reportedly eyeing up a move for him, while Real Madrid were also strongly tipped to make a bid.
The Slovakian is believed to be content at Inter, however, wanting to commit his future to the club, for the time being at least.
Skriniar is expected to sign a new deal later this month, keeping him at the San Siro until 2023.
It is a blow for the Blues, with Maurizio Sarri looking to bring in a fresh face at the heart of his defence.
Skriniar has enjoyed an excellent season in Serie A, helping Inter to third in the table and likely Champions League qualification.
