Real Madrid are pushing ahead with their plans to recruit Eden Hazard from Chelsea this summer.
According to a report from Goal, Los Blancos are advancing their efforts to sign the Belgian winger in the near future as they look to tie up a deal with Chelsea swiftly.
Hazard has been the subject of Real’s interest for months now, and it seems Real are expecting to secure his signature ahead of next season, with one year remaining on his current contract at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea are understood to value their talisman at €130 million. Zinedine Zidane’s side are currently keen to spend no more than €100 million, but Goal’s report indicates that a compromise set at €120 million could be agreed.
Real will reportedly send a representative to stage negotiations with Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia in London as they make their ‘final push’ to lure Hazard away from West London.
The La Liga giants are said to be looking to make a formal announcement regarding the winger’s transfer this week.
