Alejandro Garnacho is open to leaving Chelsea this summer, with Roma interested in signing the Argentina winger.
Fabrizio Romano reports that Roma want Garnacho, but their current interest is based around an initial loan. Chelsea, however, are insisting on a permanent deal before opening the door to an exit.
The 22-year-old would be keen on the move if Roma can find a structure that works for Chelsea.

Chelsea Want Permanent Garnacho Exit
Chelsea’s stance is clear enough for now. They are not looking to loan Garnacho out at this stage.
That position makes sense from a squad-planning view. Garnacho arrived from Manchester United in a £40m deal last summer, but his first season at Stamford Bridge did not settle his long-term place under Xabi Alonso.
A loan would delay the decision and keep uncertainty on Chelsea’s books. A permanent sale would give the club cleaner room to reshape the wide positions.
ReadChelsea also reported earlier this week that Chelsea are seeking a permanent transfer sale for Garnacho, with the winger’s future becoming one of the club’s key exit stories.
Roma’s interest now gives the situation a live route, but the structure remains the obstacle.
If the Italian club only want a loan, Chelsea may hold firm. If they return with a permanent proposal, Garnacho’s Stamford Bridge exit could move quickly.
