Juventus chief executive, Giuseppe Marotta, has confirmed that the Italian club DID receive offers for their midfielder, Paul Pogba.
The highly sought after Frenchman had been the subject of numerous rumours over the past summer transfer window, with Barcelona, Chelsea and Man City all apparently interested.
Marotta claims a ‘number’ of bids were received but, of course, they were all rejected.

Speaking about those bids, Marotta said:
There were offers from other clubs formalised, but we have rejected them because Paul is the heritage of the club.
The chief exec. also spoke about Pogba’s time at the club and his future.
Maybe we have loaded him with many responsibilities, but this will help him to become a leader.
Pogba infamously left Manchester United as a youngster, a decision which now looks to have paid off for him. Also a decision that the Manchester club may well now be regretting.
If he is being pursued by the calibre of clubs that he’s been linked with, speculation may continue. Proof, however, that his career is on an upward curve.
