The Express are reporting that Chelsea and Arsenal are now on ‘red alert’ after summer target Samuel Umtiti revealed that his dream is to play in England.
The 21-year-old, when asked about his future in an interview, confirmed he would like a move to the Premier League at some point during of his career.

Umtiti was linked with the champions in the summer, however, no official deal ever came from the rumours.
The French U21 international currently plays for French team Lyon, where he has made 147 appearances. He plays as a centre-back, and has netted four times in his career. He has been compared to current Chelsea centre-back Kurt Zouma, to give fans an estimate of his quality and ability.
He has represented his country since U17 level, earning 47 caps at the five levels. He has three international goals to his name. He represents France, despite being born in Cameroon, as he has lived in France for the majority of his life.
