Ryan Shawcross and his wife have taken to Twitter to hit back at Diego Costa after it appeared that the Chelsea striker accused Shawcross of smelling bad during the fixture between the two clubs on Saturday.
Stoke ran out as winners in the match, taking a 1-0 victory to condemn Chelsea to 16th place, a position below two of the newly-promoted clubs. The pair clashed on numerous occasions during the match against Stoke. The Stoke defender was booked after appearing to deliberately elbow the Spanish striker.

The current Stoke captain has made 324 appearances for the Potters since joining them from Manchester United back in 2007. The centre-back has got himself on the scoresheet too, having notched 22 goals for himself.
Chelsea’s next test is against Norwich City, who sit one point and one place above them. Stoke, meanwhile, will face Southampton away at St. Mary’s
