Incoming Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has already held several meetings with the Chelsea squad, on both a group and a one-on-one level, and has left the squad impressed, according to The Mirror.
Conte, who will manage the Italian national side at Euro 2016 before moving to London to coach the Blues, has laid out his blueprint for Chelsea to the players, reportedly all in good English, as he looks to bring the club back to the level of glory experienced last season.

Conte has supposedly demanded high targets from the players in order to achieve this, which has ultimately left the squad convinced that success will return to Stamford Bridge next season.
Speaking of the former Juventus manager, Asmir Begovic said:
He seems like a good man – his managerial skills, he is one of the world’s best. He spoke in English. The chat we had was good English. With the club and everything going forward it is a big summer. We need to recharge for next season.
Conte is renowned for his reputation as a tactician; discipline and structure were essential for the Italian whilst he was in charge of Juventus and the Italian national team, and Begovic also spoke of that:
We have a goalkeeper Marco Amelia at Chelsea, who knows him and he says he is a hard worker with discipline and structure.
The 46-year-old manager is famed for building solid defences, and for establishing a high level of toughness within his players. He will surely look to recreate this with the Chelsea squad he will inherit, as well as the success his system brought.
