Andres Iniesta has poured out praise on Chelsea’s N’Golo Kante.
The Spaniard claimed that he would have relished the opportunity to play alongside the Frenchman in an interview with RMC Sport.
Iniesta said:
He’s a player I’d like to have had in my team for many years,
He’s not going to come to Japan, but he’s definitely a player I love because of the work he does on the field and the confidence he has in his game.
His mastery makes him the centrepiece of Chelsea and the France national team.
Iniesta is no stranger to knowing what it takes to be a ‘centerpiece’, becoming the heartbeat of Barcelona’s dominant teams from the mid-2000s.
