Chelsea defender Marcos Alonso has reportedly emerged as a target for Inter Milan.
According to claims from Tuttosport, as cited in a report from Calciomercato, the Serie A giants have expressed an interest in signing him from the Blues ahead of next season.
Alonso endured a difficult campaign under the management of Maurizio Sarri and found himself in and out of the starting line-up.

The former Chelsea boss, who has since taken charge at Juventus, often rotated the Spaniard with Emerson Palmieri at left-back, raising questions as to whether or not he would remain at Stamford Bridge this summer.
Alonso has featured under new manager Frank Lampard in pre-season, including in the Blues’ most recent 2-1 win against Barcelona in Tokyo, but his future appears to still be uncertain.
Inter are seemingly on the lookout for another left-back, and with some weeks still left in the European transfer window, it seems they could aim to bring the former Fiorentina defender back to Italy.
