Can Chelsea get their hands on the FA Cup?

As it stands, Chelsea have currently won the FA Cup on eight occasions. The first won the famous competition in 1970 and last won it in 2018 when they defeated Manchester United 1-0 in the final, with Eden Hazard scoring the only goal of a tense game.

Football is currently on an extended break due to world events but Chelsea are technically still in the quarter-finals of the 2019/20 FA Cup, where they are due to play Leicester City and if the tournament is completed as is the apparent desire of all stakeholders, then the Blues will fancy their chances of winning the cup for a ninth time and if you think they can do it, you could use a Betway bonus code when making your prediction.

Leicester and Chelsea sit in third and fourth place in the Premier League and there isn’t a lot to choose between the two sides and if they do face-off, both sides will be confident of advancing to the semi-finals, where they’d likely be joined by Man City, Man United and one of Sheffield United or Arsenal.

Whilst there are some good teams left in the competition, there’s nothing to be too fearful of for the Blues and if football can get restarted soon, the Blues could earn themselves a ninth FA Cup.

matchday.
