Arsenal have reignited their interest in Chelsea defender Gary Cahill and are plotting a last-minute bid to sign him this month.
According to the Mirror, the Gunners will launch an emergency move to try and sign the defender on loan for the remainder of the season.
Arsenal had been linked with a move to bring in Cahill earlier in the window but their interest had since cooled.

However, their stance has changed as a result of fresh injuries to both Sokratis and Laurent Koscielny.
The latter suffered a nasty facial injury against Manchester United in their FA Cup defeat, raising concerns about when he could next feature for the club.
Cahill is out of contract at Chelsea in the summer and has been told he can leave Stamford Bridge this month.
Fulham were keen to sign the player, but with both parties unable to agree on personal terms, it seems Arsenal have a chance to swoop in with a loan bid.
